Gate automation is now commonly accepted as one of the best options to secure your property. Automatic Gates offer convenience, security, and also add value to any property. Most people report that once they have installed automatic gates they feel more secure (especially at nights), that they are delighted with the ease of operation, and also that their property feels more exclusive.

In effect you move your front door to beside the roadway. This deters unwanted callers and potential burglars who will not want to park visibly on the road while they enter your premises. A benefit is that the property does not look especially security conscious as normal gates are simply closed.

The gates also keep your dogs in (or out as the case may be!) and stop you worrying where your offspring are playing. Automate your gates the NEAT way

Automation adds convenience and security. Automating your gates doesn’t have to be difficult so forget about the hassle of arranging multiple tradespeople to work together. When you choose the NEAT automation option we make things really easy. In essence our 38 years of experience has allowed us to create a specially designed cradle so that absolutely everything, including posts, the automation, control and the gates are all together in one combined and tested unit. The NEAT solution utilises our trained engineers, fabricators and technicians to factory install the gates, posts and automation, all pre-tested and certified before it leaves our factory. All you need to do is create a trench and power supply. When the gates arrive you simply set the pre-assembled and specially designed cradle into place, bolt it down and connect the power. We make it really simple!

Design Your Own Bespoke Gate

NEAT has launched its own purpose designed range of exceptional aluminium gates. Contemporary designs are combined with traditional values, and the NEAT range offers a wide range of colours and finishes, including wood effects in extraordinarily realistic finishes. Each gate is hand finished and is mechanically fixed to ensure longevity and low maintenance. Paintwork comes with a guarantee of 10 plus years, and our bespoke manufactured high-quality stainless-steel hinging systems ensure trouble free operation. Every NEAT gate can be automated using above or below ground systems, and as usual, NEAT offers the largest range of control devices that are available today, from standard remote transmitters to video intercoms, GSM switches and biometric controls.

Automation.

We can offer the widest range of automation in Ireland, so if you have a special requirement simply contact us and we will deal with it for you. In keeping with our policy of exclusively high quality products, we only use brushless technology with our gate operators. This ensures long hassle free life. All automation is supplied with full manuals for simpler installation and every operator includes a manual release mechanism in case of power failure. Largely, the automation is offered in three main options.

Above Ground

Rams are fitted between the pillars and the gates similar to what is shown here. Above ground rams are effective and can reduce the requirements for civil works. Many options are available to suit differing pillar and gate sizes. We allow for our NEAT 20/200 rams which can deal with gates up to 2.5M per leaf.

Included in our NEAT 20/200 kit is 2 x 36v high speed brushless operators, a digital easily programmable control panel and enclosure, a pair of safety photocells, a radio receiver, antenna and 2 x 2 button remote transmitters. The price is €943.00 plus VAT

Below Ground

Below ground operators are “hidden” beneath the gates and are a popular choice. Our NEAT 21 operators will easily operate gates up to 2.5M per leaf and every NEAT gate is supplied pre-prepared for the installation of our below ground operators either now or as a retrofit.

Included in our NEAT 21 kit is 2 x galvanised foundation boxes, 2 x 36v high speed brushless operators, a digital easily programmable control panel and enclosure, a pair of safety photocells, a radio receiver, antenna and 2 x 2 button remote transmitters. The price is €1,354.00 plus VAT

Factory Pre-Installed

This is a super option as it eliminates the hassle involved in getting several trades to work together and we do all the work for you! We have created an industry leading steel cradle which allows everything (including gates and posts) to be preinstalled and fully tested by trained personnel at our factory. This option is complete and includes posts, gates and automation, all pre-hung and configured. Any accessories are added in the factory. The entire package is delivered to site in one piece. All you have to do is dig a suitable trench, bolt the cradle structure in place and plug in. Included in this option is the specialist NEAT steel cradle and the posts. It includes our NEAT 21 kit which is 2 x galvanised foundation boxes, 2 x 36v high speed brushless operators, a digital easily programmable control panel and enclosure, a pair of safety photocells, a radio receiver, antenna and 2 x 2 button remote transmitters. Everything is pre-wired, configured and tested before it leaves our factory. The price is €4,350 plus VAT
